ChariottZ is all about service! This was proven to me one morning when I forgot my iPad at the hotel on my way to the Miami International Airport from Palm Beach. If we turned around, it would mean an additional 50 mins which placed me at risk of missing my flight. My ChariottZ Chauffeur said, "let me see what I can do sir" He called his main office who immediately dispatched another chauffeur to the hotel with the pertinent information. I received a call from the hotel and I authorized the front desk personnel to give the ChariottZ chauffeur my iPad. When I arrived at the Airport my Chauffeur waited with me until the other Chauffeur arrived. I was only an additional 20 mins and I made my flight. They are awesome and they go all out!

Golf enthusiast... The first time I used ChariottZ, I had a 1pm Tee time at a Tequesta golf course, It was going to be my first visit to that course, so I was a bit unfamiliar. I was travelling from Palm Beach so I looked up the distance and made an assumption on how long it would take. When I called to make the reservation, Mandy explained that though the distance is correct, after getting off Hway 95, it will add some more time because the roads run through a few communities with speed bumps and frequent stop signs. She suggested that I leave 20 mins before the time I originally planned. And she was right! I got there on time with no stress. Thank you Mandy!
